Terms & Conditions


At Glow Beautè Room all orders made online must be paid for in full using the online checkout. Orders made via phone or email require full payment via credit card, Afterpay or PayPal. No orders are posted until they are paid for in full.


Glow Beautè Room’s prices are inclusive of GST. Glow Beautè Room reserves the right to change prices at any time. 

Returns and Exchanges 

In the rare event that a faulty or incorrect product is shipped by Glow Beautè Room, a full refund will be given to the customer. Customers that purchase a product and then wish to return it for another reason will only eligible to exchange the product for another Glow Beautè Room product of equal or lesser value.

To be eligible for an exchange, the purchased product(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges can be made by sending an email to sacha@glowbeautyroom.com.au with the subject heading ‘EXCHANGE’.

Please include the reason for the return and advise us of the product you wish to exchange it for in the contents of the email. Emails will be responded to within 72 hours. 

Please note all shipping costs of returning products are to be paid by the customer.

Glow Beautè Room is not liable for lost or damaged items whilst in transit with Australia Post. 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of items being returned. Payments will be refunded to the account nominated in the original transaction. 

We do except returns on earrings or opened/used cosmetics. 

In the rare situation that an item is ordered without stock available, Glow Beautè Room will attempt to reorder the item and send it to you once item has been received by Glow Beautè Room. If the item cannot be restocked, the customer will receive a refund. 


Please allow up to 10 days for your delivery to arrive. Glow Beautè Room ships with Australia Post. All items are fully trackable once in transit. Our items require a signature on delivery.
